opalescent chestnut colour, one inch of creamy bright beige-ish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of toasted rye bread, roasted nuts, burnt sugar and some cocoa notes; taste of roasted nuts and rye bread crust, burnt bitterness and some spicy aftertaste; correct one
