Une IPA toute en légèreté, idéalement faite pour les réjouissances estivales. L’attaque citronnée, douce et fraîche, se poursuit tout au long de la dégustation, puis, le gingembre vient taquiner le bout de la langue en fin de bouche, suivie d’une amertume subtile qui vient équilibrer l’ensemble. En plus, comme c’est light en alcool, c’est bien pour le summerbody.

extremely hazy pale yellow colour, huge, not too dense white head; aroma of orange juice, earthy-yeasty, moldy, grape peel and juice, as well as floral notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some hoppy bitterness and definite horseradish-like spiciness; dry mouthfeel; good one
