hazy amber to brown colour, huge, though not too dense and quickly disappearing ecru-ish head; aroma and taste of unripe plum, pear, burnt woody-smokey, some soy sauce and caramel notes; not bad at all; my 500th Swiss beer rating on the Swiss National Day - perfect coincidence :)
