haz golden colour, minimal white head; aroma of lemony, balsamic vinegar, grassy-green herbs, slight woody-tannine-like, barnyard and easty notes; taste of balsamic vinegar, lemony, woody, tonic-like bittery and slight salty notes; excellent beer! thank you so much for sharing, Kapusil!

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 9

0.75l bottle. Hazy orange body with a thin white head. Bold vinegar notes in the aroma escorted by some orange zest, wood, lemon zest and some white peppers. Taste of vinegar, wood, orange zest, salt, white pepper and gooseberries. Quite sour, but not harsh at all due to the fruity and salty components. The finish is super long. Great beer.
