dark amber to mahogany colour, one inch of creamy beige-ish head which lasts for several minutes; aroma of prune, soy sauce, rye bread, some nutty, honeycomb toffee and hints of marmalade notes; taste is similar to the aroma with a bit less intensity and complexity; really good dunkel
