hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense off-white head, which disappears fully in a few minutes; aroma and taste of citric and acetic acidy, unripe fruity (green apple, peach and maybe pear), some acetone and earthy-barnyard notes; refreshing one - ideal choice for a hot summer evening
