coffee-like appearnce of dark brown colour and minimal beige-ish lacing; aroma and taste of intensive maple syrup, coffee, dairy cream, toffee, vanilla and maybe some hazelnut (in the aroma); really enjoyable!

0.33l can thanks to Lore. Jet black body with a quickly disappearing brown head. Bold coffee notes in the aroma with vanilla, chocolate and maple syrup. Taste of sweet maple syrup, chocolate, caramel, cream and lots of coffee. Bold body with a creamy texture. Very nice.

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, maple, brown sugar and alcohol. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, roasted, chocolate, maple and coffee finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

355 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Sweetish aroma of roast malts, coffee and loads of maple syrup. The flavour is not quite as sweet as I feared, but has again loads of maple syrup, also notes of coffee, moderate bittering hops.
