Bob the Herbasourus is our ideal summer crusher. Technically a sour «gruit», this beer was brewed without any hops and using a belgian yeast strain. By using sparing amounts of valais herbs and carbonating relatively heavily we have created a subtle, bright and refreshing beer foir those relentlessly warm valaisian summer days

hazy pale yellow colour, minimal white lacing; aroma and taste of lemony/citric acidy, some yeasty and hibiscus notes; drinkable
