Bottle, KØ15. Pours hazy rich amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel malt, nuts and bread, with mild, hoppy touches. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with estery and bready notes. Bitter toyches of alcohol. Bitter, boozy aftertaste with notes of brown sugar. Definitely not impressive for the style and quite challenging as such, too.

Bottle. An oily pour yields a hazy, amber colored body. Some microfloaties Flat and headless. The aroma is on the boozy side, with something chalky. Roasted notes, caramel sauce and a fruity touch. Warming and full-bodied, oily and flat on the palate. Sweet, caramel flavor with a decent bitterness. Lasting finish. Overall, this is way too boozy and sweet, even though it’s well attenuated according to the label. 141220
