Bottled. Murky ambery brown colour with a small off-white creamy head. Sweet malts, alcohol, some rye and dry fruits with figs. Flavour is very similar to the elements of the aroma with some anise and gingery notes. Too boozy and also a bit messy.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - pours hazy dark amber to brown with a beige head. Sweet malty with some caramel and toffee notes, lots of dried fruit, brown sugar, yeasty, full body, some spices into the malty finish. Quite a beast.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, berries, alcohol, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, berries, alcohol, and straw, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

330 ml bottle. Clear deep amber body with almost no head. Vinous aroma with malt, caramel and dry fruit. Flavor is sweet malt, some acidity, sticky dry fruit, soy and boozy alcohol. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste, still too boozy for me.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, reddish amber with no head. Complex aroma, nuts, dried fruit, paint thinner and heavy booze. Rich body, completely flat, complex flavours, overripe fruit, raisins and burning alcohol. Not up there with the best Quads but still quite enjoyable. 250216

Bottle at KØ15. Vinous aroma with a good red wine sourness. Seemingly clear dark brown colour. No head. The flavour is fruity and vinous with a roasted note. Quite sweet flavour and also a little alcoholic, but actually not badly balanced.

Sample from bottle, CBF 2015. Hazy, amber colour with a thin, bubbly, white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, dried fruits, spicy hints, yeasts and alcohol dense notes. Taste is sweet. Full body with an oily texture and a flat carbonation. Finishes sweet and fruity with alcohol and rich, sweet malts. A bit to messy and lots of booze, too.
