Cask-conditioned at the Pelican, Gloucester, 19/2/2016 as ’Wye Valley Supreme’. Deep amber in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Damson fruits, slightly toasty malts, a hint of powdered chocolate, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask gravity at The George, Bethersden. Chestnut colour with bubbly beige head. Attractive aroma of choc malt. Fullish in mouth with herby hop and malt finish. Rather a good malty bitter
