Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival, KEGS. Cask. Clear gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is smooth with good fine carbonation. Smooth malt base, a little sweet. The 5256 hops don’t quite sing here like they did in the Howling Hops and Crouch Vale beers, but they still bring a nice peachy accentuated fruity hop, lightly tangy. Whisper of floralness. Light dry finish. Good condition bringing out the best here.
