Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; dark brown pour with big beige head, caramel aroma, taste has caramel Demerara sugar, dried fruits very bock like.

Cask at Craft Beer Rising. It pours deep brown with a small beige head. The nose is spice, wood, earth, dark fruit and candy sugar. The taste is caramel, wood, earth, some bitterness, umami aspect, pepper, molasses and fruit cake with a dry, woody finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Rather drinkable.
