T:4 is our third Gose - a sour ale style originally from the German town of Goslar. In this version, we’ve added organic raspberries and rhubarb to create a refreshing and vibrant sessionable sour. The beer has a fantastic aroma with an initial light sweetness that is balanced with a pleasant tartness and dry finish.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear bright red. Tart rhubarb aroma. Tart with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Lactic sourness, rhubarb and frozen raspberries. Mildly salty. Low bitterness.

Thanks fonefan! Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is raspberries, forest strawberries and mild rhubarb with some salty tones. Flavour is rather similar to the aroma. Quite clean flavours.

Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobakhus. Pours cloudy amberish pink with a small white head. Aroma is raspberry, rhubarb, strawberry, redcurrant, vinegar, sugar, vanilla and elderflower. Taste is light to medium sweet, faint bitter, very acidic and faint salty (but I probably wouldn't have noticed if was not stated on the label). Body is light oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and very sour with notes of raspberry, rhubarb, sour strawberries, sour cherries, redcurrant, vinegar, vanilla and hints of cream.
