Bottle. It’s a hazy, dark amber colored beer with a small, dense, off-white to light beige head. The aroma has bread and caramel, and some phenolic notes. Caramel, bread, phenolic notes and some fruityness in the flavor, a little bitterness too. Medium to full body and a bit heavy carbonation. Long fruity finish with caramel and bread. Not much interesting going on here. 150808

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy amber, coarse head - no gushing! Fruity nose with cellar and marzipan. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Salty caramel dominates, notes of cobwebs and orange peels. Low bitterness. Like a primitive sketch of Orval.
