Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy golden. passion fruit, lacto, sour, juicy, some citrus. Very nice and refreshing.

On tap at BrewDog Soho. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Light sour. Lemon sherbet flavour. A little sour orange too. I thought a pretty good modern sour. Not much yoghurt. OK I thought.

Keg at the craft beer Co Covent Garden. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is sharp passion fruit, apple, semi sweet, mango, wheat. Flavour is composed of yogurt funk, passion fruit, light wood. Prickly tart, woody sour. Palate is tart, woody sour, moderate carbonation. Prickly little rough around the edges.
