The Beer
This imperial stout is the ultimate treat for coconut lovers, to bring out a natural sweetness and depth of flavour in the beer, we added a mountain of toasted coconut, creating a luscious, dessert-like experience in every sip. The thick, velvety mouthfeel and chocolate undertones make this the perfect nightcap beer.
The Collab
Crafted in collaboration with our friends at The Barley Merchant to be their 2000th unique beer poured. Inspired by the beloved chocolate bar, the "bounty-ful" brew is worthy of such a notable occasion. Cheers to many good beers poured, and many more to come!

473mL can. Pours black with a very small beige head. Bubblegum and coconut on the nose. Flavour has a bubblegum sweetness along with some light chocolate and toasted coconut. Mouthfeel is reasonably this. Very little carbonation. The bubblegum character is really throwing it off for me and otherwise there is little depth to the beer.

473mL can, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma has dry toasted coconut, dry cocoa nibs, and a touch toasted malt. Flavour is on the drier side for the style, with light coconut and cocoa, and toasted malt. The booze is felt a bit but the dry coconut and cocoa take centre stage. Solid but not terribly complex.
