Sampled from the tap at MKE location. Pours a black with dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has chocolate and sweet dark grains with some bourbon and a bit of roast supporting. Flavor has fudgey chocolate with strong dark grains and a bit of marshmallow underlying.

On tap at Central Waters - Milwaukee, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has lots of wood, dark sugars, and not much marshmallow or fudge. Flavour is more cake-like, with lots of marshmallow, chocolate fudge, oak, and dark sugars. Not particularly well-adjuncted, but it almost seems like it�s a base beer issue. Alright.
