On tap at Pryes, pours a hash dark amber mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma has gentle bourbon, toffee, toasted caramel, and bready malt � fairly clumsy. Flavour is likewise all over the place: there�s bourbon, toffee, caramel, and bready malt. None of it comes together properly. The malts are weak, the sugars are not sitting nicely, and the bourbon expression isn�t very satisfying. Nothing especially wrong here, but it tastes like amateur homebrew.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2023. Pours a clear amber with a light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has some bourbon, sweet grain and notes of earthy caramel and toffee supporting. Flavor has toffee, caramel and bourbon that are a bit muddled with sweet grains underlying.
