Ikke spesielt bitter slik navnet skulle tilsi, men heller preget av balanse mellom karamellaktig malt og klassisk britisk humle.

500 ml bottle @ Geokkjers Lambic Farm, courtesy of yngwie. Slightly hazy amber body with a medium sized off-white head. Mild aroma of caramel, malt and fruit. Flavor is refreshing malty with fruity and grassy hops. Quite light in flavor but pleasant with balanced bitterness. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. A nice thirst-quenching bitter with moderate carbonation, like a nice English bitter.

Bottle. It pours a more or less clear body, dark golden in color and with a dense, fingerthick off-white head that lasts. The aroma has a light caramel maltyness, along with some pale malts, flowery and lightly citrusy hops. Grassy hints. Soft on the palate, a bit thin, even though it’s a store strength beer. Flowers, grass hints, some tropical fruits and a malty backdrop. Short finish. An easy drinkable beer one could drink a few of. 120326
