This is the same lovely blend of sweet, old, Ryewines comprising D.B.V.S.O.R. 2024, but we pulled the ol' switch-a-roo on the finishishing barrel, opting for a French Cherry Liqueur barrel rather than an additional round in Bourbon like its counterparts. Notes of cherry are gently elevated over the double bourbon variety, while everything else more or less stays in place.

On tap at Revolution - Kedzie, pours a deep dark brown with a tiny head. Aroma brings out cherry liqueur, bourbon barrels, syrupy fruitiness, and spicy rye. Flavour is very spicy, with lots of spicy rye, cherry liqueur, and oak. Spicy and syrupy. Unusual mix of flavours. Not totally feeling it but it�s well-made.
