Made from Cabernet Franc & Sauvignon grape skins from Pearl Morissette's 2022 harvest + a blend of mature barrel aged beers. Clocking in at 7.3%, this is a nice lower abv alternative to drinking Lambrusco.

Reddish-purple colour, with just a slight haze. Thin head. There's a touch of wildness on the nose, with a big vinous character. Grapey on the palate, with lean body, touch of sweetness in the finish, and the fruit comes in with a bit of tart juiciness in the finish.

750mL bottle, pours a clear ruby red with a small white head. Aroma has lots of musty dry red grape skins, a touch of blueberry skins, and plenty of wild yeast. Flavour is dry, musty and buggy, with plenty of dry red grape skins, earthy blueberry skins, wild yeast, and a touch of acidity. Earthy grapes, blueberry skins and bugs in nice cohesion. Very good.

750ml (thx, Matt!) @ Salesforce. Appearance: nice purple with a bit rose head. Aroma: funky, some manure, tannic, grape skins. Taste: along the same lines. Nice tartness and grape character. Overall: nice one.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear dark orangey red with small white head. Juicy grape skins, mild young oak in the background, feint earthiness, decent. Reminds me of the more recent Dageraad Enology's.
