Pours slightly cloudy yellow with a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Woody, tart, oak, fruity, peaches, bitter.

On tap at Angel's Trumpet Ale House, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some wild yeast, lacto, and perfumey floral hops in interesting combo. Flavour is much the same, with lacto, crunchy wild yeast, and floral hops. Lightly tart, rather floral finish. The style is hard to do well, but they managed it OK.
