Gold, bright, medium head. Lean, earthy, herbal. Okay the malt isn’t bad. The hop is excellent, this is a solid pilsner for the USA.

On tap at Structures - Old Town, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is tangy and piney in the hop department, with grass and biscuity malt. Flavour brings out that NZ hop tang, with some pine, gooseberry and white wine hoppy goodness. Crisp, bitter and tangy. Excellent.
