Bottle 500ml @ fonefan
Pours clear reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, citrus and grape. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long caramel and chocolate finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark malts and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 201214

Lukt: Fin duft av citrufrukter og noe kaffe, einer og en anelse karamell.
Utseende: Mørk brun farge, nesten sort.
Skum/kullsyre: Dekkende brunt skum, heng langs kant.
Smak: noe tørr smak av citrus og noe kaffe g en ettersmak av einer.

Nice slightly bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly roasted and fresh grassy, roasted grain, minerals, wet hay, grass, burnt caramel, coffee, fresh hops, leafs, soil, bark, cocoa, moss. Taste is slightly dry grassy, wet grass, roasted grain, minerals, fresh hops, lawn, leafs, burnt caramel, pine needles, hints of coffee. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Nice, but not really anything Christmasy in this one...
