[ As Kissingate Buffalo Black Stout ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, licorice, wood, soy sauce, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, ash, sweet dark roasted, dark roasted, chipping oak - wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
