Brewed for Seattle, inspired by the Slovenian Alps. Piknik was brewed with a
blend of distinctive European Pilsner malts and the unique Styrian Bobek hop, giving it a pleasant bitterness hugged by a soft malt flavor. Piknik was open fermented at 46F, cold conditioned at 31F for forever, and naturally carbonated. It pours clear with a rocky, distinctive head. Brewed specifically for picnic tables and friendly chats about what we see in the clouds.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear light gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is bready malt somewhat overcome by notes of citrus and sage. Approaching med body. Fairly dry tho bready. Bitingly bitter hop. Citrus, sage and grass. A touch of spice/pepper - not chili.

16 oz. can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is rather subdued, with light grassy hops, straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly bitter and crisp, with straw, biscuity malt, and bitter grassiness. Bitter finish, but still not as biting as I'd want. Decent.
