Fresh Hop West Coast Pale Ale
Fresh Cascade, Chinook, Mosaic, Cascade
Fake Train is our fresh hop West Coast pale ale brewed with a base of pale, pilsner, Munich and oat malts. We hopped Fake Train with Mosaic and Chinook in the kettle and fermented it cool with our house lager strain. Fake Train was dry hopped with Cascade and Mosaic, then finished with a cold infusion of fresh Cashmere hops from CLS Farms in Yakima.

On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Greenwood, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has an English hop character, with soft fresh hops, doughy malt, and light bready notes. Flavour has that distinctively English hop character, with soft bready malt to back. Clean and very English. Good stuff.
