Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Keg at the Blue Moon, Cambridge. Amber/brown, without much visible carbonation. Chocolate and wood shavings in the aroma with a bit of fruit. The taste pushes the sweet creamy vanilla to the fore. Fruit and chocolate in the aftertaste. Simple and far from exciting but certainly enjoyable if ephemeral.
