Single hopped with Amarillo, well balanced sweet malt base developing into a hop crescendo of Amarillo. Heavily dry hopped.

Handpull cask at the Townhouse, Ely. Honey brown, fairly flat. Jasmine, weeds, nectarine. A bit of fenugreek? The Amarillo is strong with this one. Sweet, juicy taste with a bittersweet aftertaste. More spicy gardening flavours. It’s original and enjoyable but doesn’t have that wonderfully judged balance evident in the best of TBM’s beers.
