Gravity cask at the Cambridge Beer Festival 2015. Orangey-gold, bright with bags of natural carbonation. Citrus and ammonia on the nose. The initial taste is sweet, sour and sharp, with an astringent bitter screwing its way through the back of your tongue. Very pleasant, although I think the hops give it a bit too much bitter/sourness.
