We were going to wait until May to release this one but, what the hell . . . Pale, wheat and chocolate malts combine with low bitterness to offer a smooth, malty style.

Gravity cask at the Royal William, Stowmarket. Brown with only a touch of ruby. Flat and translucent. Light notes of chocolate malt and a touch of Robusta coffee. Taste is sweet with a good dash of bitter-sour fruity hop. Well-balanced for a mild. Long grainy finish with blackcurrant and Milo. Needs more body and more character but still engaging.
