Keg at the Brewery Tap. Mid-brown with a purplish hue. Very little head. Cloudy. Banana and herbal smell with carob and forest floor notes. Sweet taste: booze threatens to offset the balance but doesnโt. Sourish note near the finish. Heavy carbonation. A beer I could grow to really like, and on face value a decent example of the style.
