Keg from the Cambridge Blue. Very dark brown. I may be imagining a purplish hue. The milk chocolate and yeasty notes come through clearly on the nose. Taste is more sour/bitter, with sour cherry and a bready yeast hit. Long drying finish. More cherry on the aftertaste. A trifle unbalanced but very easy drinking. Somewhere between a fruity brown ale and a Dubbel-type concoction.
