Keg from the Brewery Tap. Dark gold and almost flat. Small ring of beige head. Vinegary yeasty smell that I’m not fond of, with some apple and peppercorn notes. Tastes alright though... in fact it tastes pretty bloody lovely. There’s a spicy taste that jars with the spicy sweetness, but it’s a fun is. Long finish with some caramello, yeast roll and chicken fat. Hard one to pin down, but I like it, and it had a lovely sessionable strength.
