Serveringstemperatur: 9-12 °C.
Nytes best:
- Til pinnekjøtt og svineribbe
- Til syv sorter julekjeks og kaker
- Som et avbrekk fra mas og kjas

Probably the best Norwegian Christmas brew I have tasted from the 2014 collection. I really got Christmas feeling when I enjoyed this beer. Lovely balanced Christmas spiced without being to rough. Smooth and easy drinkable. Complex and yet mellow. Also some fruity notes and a fine toffee back. Hope they keep on brewing this one. A bit unclear brownish color and a fine thick tan head. Already a classic.

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours slightly hazy reddish brown with an off-white head. Malty aroma with hints of dried fruits, caramel and spices. Sweet and malty, but very well balanced with a nice bitterness in the finish. Nice one!

Bottle, at What’s Brewing. A brown, lightly unclear beer topped by a dense, beige head. The aroma has toffee, roasted malts, coffee and a light spiced touch. Ginger and cardamom I think. It’s not too sweet on the palate, with roasted malts and coffee as well as the same spiced touch and a fine bitterness. Full body and a good carbonation level. Lasting finish. A tasteful and pleasant one, but perhaps a bit weak on the spices. Easy drinkable though. 141031
