Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Handpull cask at the Lansdowne, Leicester. Straw, clear with a thin white head and lots of lacing. Apricot, lemon balm and a touch of butter in the aroma. Bitter taste with no let-up in the finish. Thin body. Clean, simple and refreshing if not overly complex.
