Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Handpull cask at Broood@VinQuatre. Light gold, very clear with a spotty white head. Malty aroma with an intriguing touch of cider vinegar. Bitter taste but not too much so. There's a hint of astringency but the finish has a lovely light hoppy fruitiness. A very drinkable golden beer.
