BIG UP is our revolving single hop series that will feature some of our favourite little green cones and some that we want to get to know a little bit better and bring into the brew house. As well as featuring a new hop each brew this beer is fermented with our new London Ale iii yeast pitch that will aid in a softer and fuller mouthfeel and bring with it peachy and stone fruit esters.
Our second BIG UP showcases El Dorado; a hop known to bring flavours and aromas of every orange coloured fruit in existence. Expect to find orange, tangerine, mandarin, clementine……..you get the picture right? Oh and peach, lots of lovely peach with a gentle grassiness to finish.
Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.

Keg at Head of Steam, Leicester. Light golden and hazy with a small creamy white head. Lemon meringue, a suggestion of mango and passion fruit in the aroma. Sweetness in the taste only challenged by a gentle bitterness at the finish. Simple recipe but a lovely balance. Gooseberry fool and tropical fruit smoothie in the aftertaste. Really nice.
