Keg from the Parcel Yard, Leicester. Light to mid-gold, clear, with a fairly tight white head. Wow, the nose is resplendent with elderflower. Touches of lemon drops as well. The taste is floral and sweet with suggestions of coriander in the finish. High carbonation. Reasonably one-dimensional but it's a pretty tasty dimension. Recommended if you're in the mood for a refreshing drink with or without food.
