Six different grains harvest a wonderful light red coloured beer. American and New Zealand hops provide just the right balance to this early autumnal ale.

Handpull cask at the Parcel Yard, Leicester. Brown/amber and clear with a film of off-white head. Redcurrant, forest floor and resinous notes in the aroma, although it's subtle. Tastes lovely with bittersweet earthy flavours and a dry (if too short) finish. Body is a bit watery. A very well-made beer, not terribly exciting but just the thing for a cold September evening.
