Gravity cask at Broood, Leicester. Golden and hazy, with a spotty white head and lots of lacing. Peachy aroma with some ripe astringency and notes of pine resin. Taste is sharp, astringent and bitter. Thereโs some rounded apricotty sweetness coming around to the finish. Some vanilla cream notes and TCP in the aftertaste. Special.
