750ml (thx, Greg G.!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: dark copper with some white head. Aroma: funk, raspberry berries and stones. Taste: along the same lines, moderately dry, a bit tannic, woody, white one notes. Overall: pretty good. Must be drunk as soon as possible to avoid it getting into the very acidic territory.

Pale pinkish colour with no head. Decent raspberry aroma. Lots of berry, mellow wheaty saisony base, I like the balance here. There’s a bit more body to this, and alcohol, that comes through. Bright and juicy.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy pink-ish orange with minimal white head. Tons of raspberry, maybe just a super feint white wine note, but really just a super raspberry forward light saison with a fairly dry finish. Decent.
