Nouvelle DIPA, brassée exclusivement avec des houblons issue de l’hémisphère Sud. Un ajout massif de Galaxy et de Nelson Sauvin en font une bière hautement aromatique, qui dégage des éfluves de fruits à noyaux mûres, d’herbes fraîchement coupée et d’agrumes tranchantes. Son corps ample et dense est balancé par une amertume soutenue, qui résulte une bière intense, mais digeste.

Uklar gulbrun med hvitt skum. Lukter fersken, grapefrukt. Smaker grapefrukt, barnål og noe urter i avslutningen.

Gul uklar med hvitt skum. Lukter lys stenfrukt og grapefrukt. Fruktig og middels bitter. Smaker barnål, stenfrukt og urter. Middels lang.

Opaque as fuck. Medium head. The aroma is big, lots of pear, gooseberry sort of things. On the palate, there's a bit of hop burn up front, which obfuscates the brighter galaxy notes. There's some sauvinish accent to the finish, along with alcohol and again that sort of persistent level 2 hop burn. So it's a bit much for me, in terms of alcohol and hop burn. I might prefer a lower abv but there's probably some quality and I might wish to keep tabs on this brewery for other styles.
