On tap at Four Winds Beach House, pours a hash blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of straw, subdued hops, dry biscuity malt. Flavour is much the same, with straw, some hoppy bitterness, and biscuity malt. Clean, bitter for the style, drinkable. Pleasant.

Clean pale malts, moderate bitterness. Slight herbal hop, but downtuned. This probably falls in as a middle-range kolsch for bitterness, and the malt is the best attribute.
