We’re stoked to drop our latest Mtn Hop Series creation: HBC 1019 Hazy IPA! This one is THICC, folks! We’ve packed it with a generous amount of wheat and oats for that silky, creamy body you know and love!
Prepare for a juicy ride with notes of peachy esters, thanks to our Happy yeast strain. But the real star? The hops! We whirlpooled with Columbus & Simcoe, and then dry hopped with a winning combo of Citra (the GOAT) and the brand-new experimental hop HBC 1019. Expect a thicc haze and tropical fruit flavours reminiscent of Sabro hops—think grandma’s peaches and cream coconut pie!

Opaque, medium head. Pale yellow. Bright clementine, pineapple, papaya hop notes are appetizing. On the palate the hop remains bright, though there is quite a bit of hop burn. Malts are thick, oaty. Designed to showcase the hop, the malts are a bit distracting but the hop is pretty good.
