Our old friends at Matron abide by a certain joie de vivre and for this beer, we wanted to meet them there - somewhere near the border of France and Italy and as you sip, you’ll find that we got there!

Hazy, blonde, medium head. Herbaceous aroma, slight biscuit note, again on the palate biscuity with moderate bitterness.
