Dark brown. Not much head. Chocolatey aroma with some vanilla. The inspiration is Boston Cream Pie. On the palate there is so much more depth than the aroma predicted…chocolate sure but also vanilla, rum barrel, gentle dark sugars and a touch of fruitiness.

Small pour. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: berries, sweet, bakery notes. Taste: along the same lines, nice body, very nice fruity notes mixed with chocolate. Overall: whoa! this is very impressive non-BA pastry!
