Three distinct lots of New Zealand's coveted Nectaron hop variety were chosen to build a complex and complementary hop profile that defies single-hop convention. Huge aromas of passionfruit, peach, and lychee mingle with bright expressions of sweet melon, pineapple, and mango. Malted oats and spelt create a full body capable of supporting this hoppy payload, while a gentle, earthy bitterness provides balance.
