Cursed Relics is our take on a West Coast Pilsner. Simply made with pilsner malt, it was lightly hopped with Saphir and then dry hopped with our awesome lots of Citra and Mosaic. We're very stoked on the hop character of this easy drinking beer, as well as the fluffy and light mouthfeel. Clean, Crisp, aromatic and flavorful. Hop head or Crispy aficionado, this has your name on it.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear light bright gold with a decent white head. Aroma has a light onion note. Arguably med body. Dry and bitter. Flavor is pale malt supporting fairly strong onion or similar with some citrus and a resin note. Quite different flavor, but quite tasty.

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has bright piney hops, some light gooseberry, a touch of allium, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has some allium, tropical fruity hops, and crisp crackery malt. Good hop expression other than the Citra but solidly made.

Pale and bright, thick head. Sweet pale malt, moderate bitterness. Nice herbaceous hop…is this Styrian goldings or something? If HM hasn’t done a Slovenian pils they fucking should.
